I'd like some help, I need to know how long and wide all the bones of the human arm. Could you please help me?

By every bone I mean the: Humerus, radius, Ulna, the general measurment of all the carpels together, where separate would be even more appriciated. The different meta-carpels, and all the different phalanges. I only need a general measurement, and as easy as it would be to measure my own arm, I don't know where the bones end and the muscles begin. Please and thank you for all your help.
