How do Scene Kids act?

I love the scene fashion,but i was thinking about how scene and emo kids are compared. They're completly different right? Scene kids dress in bright colours and act happy and quirky! And Emos wear dark clothes and are dull and depressed. Am i right? How are emo and scene similar? Do scene kids act happy orr?...
