How to maintain the relationship after patched up?

After nearly 4mths, i managed to win back my ex gf ytd... However, after the patched up, i felt that we are quite distant.We do not sweet talks as much compared to the past, she oly ans my msg and calls but nv initiate by msging and calling me as wad she often did in the past...comparing to the past 4mths after the broke up, i found that she behave more cold towards me after patching up wif me. i dunno y..when i asked, she juz told me she nid time to adapt wif a new relationship, afterall, she broke up wif me at 1st cuz i hurt her...pls guide me on what i can do to get back the 'her' at the very beginning. i love dis gal alot, (during period of 4mths, she hav gt alot suitors, but she accept none). but she accepted me, so i suppose she stil love me..but wad happened?
