Which town in North San Diego should I move to?

Carlsbad,Cardiff by the sea,La Costa or Encinitas? Any information on these communities would be great. I am 25, single female, eat mostly organic living foods, environmentally friendly, real laid back and enjoys other interesting nice people peace and love ? :), love to do beach activities, read, lots of different stuff really.
