you can sew things onto a random purple dress (or use fabric paint). You can find Accessories at any Halloween supply store. Get a hair net too so your hair doesn't show through the wig. For "Scooby"s collar, print out the icon and tape it over the tag. If you can find a blue collar, use that. Cool idea!
