Nerve damage to pinky from dog bite..how can this heal ?

I had a deep dog bite by the knuckle of the pinkie-scar tissue is causing nerve damage?, finger turns black & blue when over worked & swells...how can I fix this without surgery? Or is it necessary to fix? It is painful when i work,@ home relaxed,It's not bad on pain.
