In Florida when can a child chose not to spend time with their non-custodial parent?

In other words, at what age do the courts take into consideration what the child wants? I have in no way influenced their decision and abuse is not an issue. It's simply they are tired of being picked up and then completely ignored or dropped off at other people's houses.
