I don't know what race I am because everyone in my family looks different from each other?

I'm from Algeria which is a country in North Africa and many people in my family look different from each other. Some have white skin, blond hair and green/blue eyes and could easily p for a Spaniard, Portuguese or any other Mediterranean European while others have brown skin and afro-textured hair exactly like a black person. Take my uncle as an example who has green eyes and white skin while his brother who's my other uncle has brown skin, black afro-textured hair and black eyes.
