Can NASA tell me,why should the families of Priests/Hindus of Kashmir be slaughtered?For What fault?

Because the Indian Governments time and again ignored the main problem. They always wanted to appease the Muslims. No government including BJP ever bothered about Hindus. If Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel became Prime Minister of India the situation would have been totally different. But we can't put the clock back. All that is pray to Lord Sri Krishna to send an Arjuna to fight back the Muslims in India and outside.
